Over the next three months, we will be decommissioning the older platforms and working with all users to move to the new Vianet Webmail platform. To ensure a smooth transition, we will be migrating users from our three existing webmail portals.
Depending on what portal you use there are different methods to import your existing Contact Lists over to the new webmail.
If you're using this login portal:
- You will need to get in contact with our Technical Support team at 1-800-788-0363 and they will assist you with importing your Contact List over to the new Vianet Webmail.
If you're using this login portal:
- Please follow this helpful support video to import your Contact List. If you require further assistance our Technical Support team can help at 1-800-788-0363.
If you're using this login portal:
- No further action is required. Your previous Contact List with automatically over to the new Vianet Webmail.
